I have a wave box and it has stopped working and the "switch" box is sounding an alarm?

It worked great up until today.

Help......

Yes, the first thing to try is the cleaning procedure outlined in the first thread in this forum.

I just took main componets apart and have them soaking in vinegar water over night.

If needed I will take apart further.

Okay....update...

Cleaned it and it turns freely. Plug it in and still doesn't work. If I "spin" start it will work then it stops between cycles and wont spin again when needs too.

The cleaning included taking bottom fitting off and cleaning it...

Not sure I explained this correctly but hope so.....

wartskin.......

Do I need any type of return number or just send with my name and return address?

What kind of return time am I looking at?

I am going to have to send in my Tunze wave box for repair and am wondering me taking this out of my system is going to adversely effect my system? I currently run a Pan World 200PS on a closed loop on the 125g and a Sequence 5800 SW on the closed loop for the 300g. Additionally there is a Sequence 4200 SW as the return pump to the 125g, 300g, and the fuge. Will the 300g set-up be okay for the time the wave box is out of the system?

Thanks

The turn around time for repairs is about one day. Your tank will be fine for the short time that your wavebox will not be operating.

You don't need an RMA number or anything like that. Just send a note in the box with a description of the problem, your day time phone number and a return address.
