I want to put egg create on the bottom off my tank for the rock to rest on instead of it resting on the acrylic. And then covering it with sand. Is this OK to do??? Pros N cons? Has anyone else done this to their tanks?
I have egg crate on my tank bottom and have had no issues. Gives my tall rockwork some bite so it won't slide. Dosn't bother my goby, he digs under every rock. I know from past threads that you will be getting some cons.
