i got this anomone about a week ago and for some reason it goes deep in the rocks like hidding from the light,,it looks fine im just worried about it getting enough light,,should i move it ???

Just leave it be for now..it will come out when it wants to. Is this a Entacmaea quadricolor aka bubble tip anemone?

Mine just did the same thing. I have 3 BTAs GBTA, RBTA, and Green with major purple tips.
After a few days for the GBTA it went between 2 rocks and ended up on the backside under it.
There is just a little bit of light to see it however it still looks happy. Told it will peek out once it adj to the lights.

its a green bubble,,and alright,,should i cut down on how long the light are on or just leave it the same

Its really not how long you have your lights on for but mostly the type and watts.
It should pop out on its own. What type of lights do you have and where did you have the bta at? If it keeps pop'n in and out it might not be able to make a proper choice just yet.

i have a 250 wat hallide and some pc's.......and i had it right next to the rock on the sand

Might just be more light for what it had before. Give it a few days and go from there.

like barely its really deep in the rocks,,at night it comes out a little more,but not much

Ah ok so you did get a GBTA. If worse case, can you get to it ever by moving the rocks?
I'm sure its going to be fine tho. But still...

ya i can get to it its just a pain movin all the rocks around,,i guess ill just wait it out for a couple days

If its tentacles start to shorten, it loses its sticky, its color fades and it starts to shrink..then it is time to move it.
If it is doing none of the things listed above..leave it alone. You'll just stress it out even more by bothering it. They like to be in the rocks where they can stick their foot in the crevices. It is probably trying to find a good spot to stick its foot. Once it finds a spot for its foot it will come out of the rockwork.

Same thing applies...when it does that its trying to get use to light and the new enviroment. If you try to move it towards the light it will just go back to the cave.
