Question?

I was just reading your report and it got me thinking. I am new in the hobby and can't seem to keep my hands out of the tank. My question is does this bacterial infection only affect an open wound? I have noticed multiple little bumps on my wrist and arm. It is not red but it is itchy. I have more on the right arm than the left. The only thing I can think of is the tank. Is there something I should put on it or am i worried for nothing.
