Questions about cynaria I think?

here is what i just bought and forgot the name

it is with and an electric orange looking and has not inflated since i got it, can someone tell me what it is , and if it is hardy, and does it inflate usually? the skelton is about 5 inches long, the guy at store said it will be as big as a dinner plate but for me its not. all levels are great and all else is well its been 3 days since i added it,i feed it some mysis shrimp and it ate it, but still nothing, does it inflate at night maybe?. anyway if you know what this is and have one like it please fill me in.thanks

What the flow it is under and the lighting.

Generally prefer low light ( does great under VHOs ) and low flow......

Downside is that if i algae ever encrouches usually causes to slowly receed over time.

its under low - medium flow and under 440 watts of VHO on a 55, but i have moved it from top to middle to bottom and its not happy , some of the teeth on the skelton from being exposed are getting algae covered is that what u meant? and the best spot in tank the damn clown fish keeps messin with it
