Questions about dosing CA and alk when not using reactor

If you dont use a calcium reactor I would like to know:

How heavily is your tank stocked with calcium and alk using creatures? ex, low, medium, heavy
How many gallons is your tank?
What do you dose with to supply CA and alk?
How often and how much?


Help is greatly appreciated and imput on this thread will go toward helping me choose the way I will dose calcium for my tank.
