Questions about Haddoni

I've read the FAQ and know that percs & osc aren't natural fish that will host a Haddoni. Having said that, is there anyone out there who have been able to keep percs & osc with a Haddoni with success? I have a pair of snowflakes and a pair of picassos and wanted to know if either pair would be okay with a haddoni. Before anyone flames me for asking, I attempted to perform the search function and read the first 4 pages with no success in finding the answer to my question. Thanks for any input.

By the way, I saw a healthy blue Haddoni at a LFS for $250. Is that a fair price for a blue Haddoni? Sorry for the newb anenome questions.

I currently have a pair of percs hosted by a Haddoni --- in fact it took them about 1 second to be hosted by it.

As for the price of that blue Haddoni, as long as it is healthy and in good shape, that is a fair price. I got mine about 3+ years ago from the Diver's Den section of LA, it was $300 --- if memory serves, it was a gift.

I have a mated pair of occs and a haddoni and they couldnt care less about each other. The Occs host a flowerpot.

My occs loved their haddoni, but it didn't make it. It has been replaced with the gigantea in my avatar which is doing awesome.

How blue? I've seen them locally with just a little blue coloration for $125. If it's like crayon blue, I'd say it's a very fair price.

Price is fair if someone buys it :)

I live on the West Coast close to LA, so colored haddonis are typically under $100, colored giganteas are in the $75 - $125 range. On the high end are red haddonis, which go for $125 or so.

Last weekend was at a store where you could buy a purple or green gigantea for $80, a blue haddoni for $80, or a sky blue gigantea for $90.

However...

Regardless of how much you pay, if you are happy with the end result the price was fair :)
