All of those corals you mentioned will do okay in 'moderate' light - of course they can be kept in higher lighting conditions, however chances are that you will need to acclimate them to such conditions. In your tank, you can place them anywhere except directly under your halide ... otherwise they'd melt. If you do put them closer to the halide ... it could not hurt to acclimate them.
In regards to flow, no coral likes to be blasted by laminar flow. Chaotic flow is always more favorable over direct laminar. If you notice any of the corals are not opening, then they may be being hit with too much flow. Just use your best judgement.
