Let me run this by you... I really need a way to quickly disconnect the pump from the driver for servicing, which i like to do on a monthly basis. Right now the drive is mounted in an awkward place and makes complete removal very painful. Here is what i was thinking.
Cut the cord that leads from pump to driver and splice a male and female of these to it:

I believe there are 5 wires so it should work. Do you think this is doable. I am sure this voids warranty but the pumps are a few years old anyways.
