To reduce precipitation take a piece of egg crate and suspend over the high flow area of your sump. Take a big plastic cup and poke a tiny hole in the bottom and place on the eggcrate. Fill the cup up with the Alk solution and it will drip in over the course of a few minutes and not reach such high local concentrations and therefore won't precipitate as much. Works for me and I dose a lot more than you!

If you use a doser , you will need one for the calcium and a separate one for the alkalinity.

Some commercial supplements contain some magneseum along with the calcium part but not enough in any case.
Some salt mixes are high enough in magnesium to meet the need with regular water changes.

No problem. I would suggest using a different cup for each additive since whatever remains in the cup will cause some level of precipitation if the cup is used both parts A and B. I just use one and rinse it out real well each time but I need to stop being lazy and just make a 2nd dosing cup.
