Quick Identification Help....

Found this in my sump this afternoon. What is it? Do I need to eradicate it? If so...how do I do it? Thanks!!!

Aiptasia. (pest anemone) Just grab it with a net and throw it away. Keep your eyes peeled for more.

Thanks. I was afraid of that answer. I haven't seen any elsewhere. I wonder how it made it down into my sump....
