Quick survey - Mitras LX mounting system

Hi

we want to offer soon a mounting system for the Mitras LX.

Not just some overprized something crap, it must be well-thought and usable for the majority of our customers. And good-looking, of course.

So my question:

How would you like to have your mounting system? Where to mount (tank, ceiling, cabinet etc.), material?

All ideas and suggestions are welcome!

Thanks, Matthias

Good afternoon (evening) Matthias.

The system you posted about in the other thread has a multitude of hours of design and mock-up involved. Up to this point it's a rock solid and looks pretty sharp.

For floor mounted (or stand mounted) that are on display, I really like the system that BigAl has developed. I do not see an ability to raise or lower the fitting, but perhaps this can be done on the vertical somewhere
My own needs are for a overhead system that will attach to the ceiling.
So for this it needs something similiar to reply 15 in the same thread. But without the vertical support posts!

Interesting to see what you guys in GHL come up with.

In my case I only have the imagination to see a functional rail hanging from the ceiling.
That will give the flexibility to use different heights, and because I prefer to place the tank as close as possible against the backwall I do not have to consider space in between to fit rails etc.

If You can make a flexible length, in other words it is possible to order lengths according to tank and no of Mitras lamps I am all in.

in my case a tank of app. 160 cm length and 3 Mitras in a row 90 degrees on the tank length on one or maximum two slim rails with as few as possible wires from the ceiling.

I`ll place my order as soon as I see such solution;)

Allen's design wins my vote. I like the way the cable is hidden and also how the aluminium blends with the Mitras.
