Quiet One Pro 3000...Good or Bad?

Any thoughts on this pump? I was originally looking at a Marineland NJ3000.

I think it's because they are new.

I had an older 2200 regular model and liked it, I am looking to replace one of my busted mag-drive pumps with one of these new "Pro" models...

I had an old quiet one I replaced about a year ago after it died. The replacement is louder then the original. I had to zip tie some wash cloths to the return line to dampen the vibrations from the new quiet one. The first one was reliable but personally I would search for a quieter pump when I need another one.

I've had several of the older Quiet One pumps and I understand why they felt the need to redesign and rename them. I have no idea how good the new ones are. They could be great pumps.

I have several of the Quiet One pumps and they all perform perfectly for me and I am still using them. I just purchased a Quiet One Pro 5000 for my 120 gallon tank to replace my Mag Drive 12 which died after 10 months of use. I haven't plumbed it into the tank yet but I can say this it is huge.
