qustion about qt setup

I just set up a new quarantine setup and was wondering the best way to cycle it?

heres a couple pics of me QT.
20 gallon tank drilled no substrate

10 gallon sump with a mag 5 return and a nw-110 octopus skimmer

throw some fish food in it as it decomposes it will start the cycle.
