R.I.P. Peppermint Shrimp

I just baught a peppermint shrimp yesterday at my lfs and came home today to see pieces of him in the rockwork. This has been a common theme for a few shrimp I have tried to keep. Has anyone had issues with emerald green crabs and shrimp and/or blue leg/zebra hermits with shrimp?

1 blue tang, 1 kole tang, 2 percula clowns, 4 chromis, and a bicolor blenny

you sure he didn't molt? look in the tank at night with a flashlight they come out alot at night
