r/o unit and hydrogen peroxide.

ok so my tank has slowly been crashing over the last couple weeks. i am not sure what the heck is wrong with it. i changed my lights to leds and i believe this has had some effect but this type of coral loss and even one fish is beyond a lighting adjustment imo. mostly sps stn, or rtn-ing, but even one clam and lps starting to show bad signs. as far as i know my levels are pretty spot on but i am going to test again later today. nothing else has changed with the tank that i can think of.
one idea is that my r/o water has become poisoned? tds is always 0-10 coming out, i know it should be zero but i have never had a problem with a little tds.
the r/o source water is after the softener. we have well water and have had a hydrogen peroxide purification system for almost 2 years now. it adds a small amount of peroxide(with a dosing pump) to remove the iron from the system. i guess my question is could my water be poisoned with the peroxide if the r/o membrane is not removing all the peroxide or salt from from the water softener?
thanks!

also, i have always had my r/o hooked up to a source after the softener but as i said the peroxide along with the softener has only been for about 2 years. should the r/o be hooked up to a line directly from the well? how or where could i test if there is peroxide in my tank water?
