radion gen 3, or gen 3 pro

Im curious. I can't make up my mind between the 2 led fixtures. I'm only looking at these 2. So, with that said. My tank is only 17" tall, and its a mixed reef. Mainly Zoas, LPS, anenome, and I will want a clam eventually.. so with that being said. Which of these fixtures do you recommend?

I would think standard Gen 3 is fine for a 17inch tall tank! I have a 24inch tall tank and I am also looking into the new Gen 3's.

A Gen 1 would be able to handle your tank. I would do the Pro if you had the money. If not the Gen 3 will work just fine.

Both are great options! I would recommend checking out the new Generation 3 Radions at your LFS to help make up your mind.

I would, but thats not very convenient for me. I am a solid 1hr plus from the nearest store that carries Ecotech products. All of my purchases are on-line only.

how big is the Power Supply for the Generation 3?i know my old Generation 1 the Power Supply was a a little bigger then i thought it would be.i see the lights got a new look i just thought i would see if the Power Supply got a new smaller look to.

The power supply is the same as previous generations of the Radion.
