Nobody seems to know. I e-mailed EcoTech to get it straight from the horse's mouth, and I got a one sentence reply that "information on the new mounts will be released as soon as it becomes available".

My uneducated guess is sometime late this summer.

Just to clarify, the Radion on tank mounting solution is designed to work on 99.9% of aquariums. That said, it will work on rimless, rimmed, glass, and acrylic aquariums just to name a few. I do not have any further information on release dates or product design, but we will release more information once it becomes available.

I see you mentioned acrylic tanks. Since every acrylic tank I have seen had a euro style brace around the top, I'm assuming the mounting system will work on euro braced glass tanks.
Is that correct?

Amazingly these brackets have been used in shows nationwide for some time now... (And provided to tank manufacturers for their exhibition). You would think with 50,000+ units shipped they would give this RMS option some priority no?.

Not ranting, but this is something a lot of us have waited for since the inception of 1st Gen.

Yes, in some ways they will in fact work on eurobraced aquariums. No further info is available at the moment but rest assured when it is we'll post it here!

Nope, they won't tell you anything and any pictures you may find of these supposed products to be maybe released sometime in this century are promptly deleted.

Be great if it was height adjustable and could swing out of the way to allow open access to the tank.

I guess for Eurobraced tanks we are stuck buying 2 of these per each light. It will be like an arch with the light in a middle. Sucks!
