Awesome tank mate. I am setting up a similar system as well that will also be sps dominated:thumbsup:
I am going to be setting my tank up very similarly to yours.
Can you please show me a pic of where your Doser is localted and is it pumping up and into and the tank?
Also a pic of your ATO.

Thanks!!! This video should give you a good overview of how the tank is setup. It's out of date, I've since cleaned up the stand a lot and now use a tube-holder thingy for the ATO and dosing pump cables, but the overall format is essentially the same.

How are you liking the beta? Ive heard mix reviews about it so far

Well, I don't really mess with my light much, but in the few times I have used it I don't have any complaints. Would be cool if you could connect to the Radion through WiFi though instead of having to plug a USB cable in.

Fantastic Thanks Mate!

Anytime!! :)

Great tank! Any chance you've taken par readings?

Thanks Chris!! I have not taken PAR readings, but given that I am now running at 80% intensity I am sure they are on the high end :)

Tank looks great! How is your coral beauty? Does it nip at any of your corals?

Also does your mandarin except frozen foods? I too have a spotted mandarin and it just ate mysis for the first time a few weeks ago, after having him for 7 months. I only ask because I assume your pod population is quite low with a mandarin and a wrasse in such a small tank.

Congrats on your success though! I love to see a fully stocked nano with that many fish and everything looks soo healthy!

What's your dosing regimen?

Thanks tuna!! Coral beauty goes through phases of nipping, but it's never been a big problem overall. I don't think I'd ever have a tank without an angel, even with the risk that having one comes with.

My green mandarin is from ORA, and eats everything and anything I put in the tank. This includes frozen brine, mysis, cyclopeeze, and mixed foods, even seaweed and algae based frozen, fresh things from the grocery store (squid, shrimp, mussels, etc), and even pellet food.

I'm not honestly sure about pod population, I've never purposefully stocked on them, but don't worry much since the mandarin stays fat and happy on all the prepared foods. I don't have a wrasse BTW, that's an ORA neon dottyback :)

Dosing is up to 36mL of Ca/Alk per day and 8mL of Mg. I use BRS supplements and a Bubble Magus dosing pump. I also add Brightwell AA's once a day. Otherwise, everything else is provided by WC's.

Thanks again for the compliments! :)

Glad they work for someone i had to sell 2 on a 120 gallon 24 deep tank. Not enough light and sps turned brown. Went back to halide and color returned. How deep is your tank thanks looks great.

I've been happy with mine. Not sure of the dimensions of your tank, but 2 x Radions over a 120g seems a little underpowered to me, I was looking into a custom built cube (36x36x18) and was planning on using 3 x Radions on it. My current tank is about 16" from surface to sand.

Do you think one Radion will cover a 24x24x24 tank?

EcoTech says they will! :)

Great looking tank. Keep it up!

Thanks for the comments jackson!! :)

This looks great. Funny, I be been forced to downsize to a bio cube from an dual radion lit tank. I have my 2 up for sale locally but I may hang on to 1 to do as u have done. I love the lights due to their control and results. Thanks for sharing.
