How is the color of your gigantea? Does he loose some color from when you first got him?
I would slowly increase the light intensity and see.
Looking at your tank, it is not a hard cord SPS/clams and anemones like mine, so three lights may be enough especially your highest light requiring animal is right under one of the lights.

Correct, not much coral right now, just starting out about a year's worth. I'm am actually trying to get away from LPS and going mostly SPS. I'll start working up intensity..i did notice though one of my LOBO brain coral was getting white or bleached. Eveything else though seems fine. Gigantea is looking great, has not lost color at all.
