I clicked on the upgrade option, selected the option for sending the Radion in and filled out an online form that instructed me to await an email that would have info that I would need to print and iclude in the box. That is all I saw to do, and I believe I'm just awaiting the email?

I honestly don't remember having to wait for a email, but if you went through the checkout form, I guess it's true what they say when you get old about memory being the first to go.
If I were you, get on the phone tomorrow first thing and call them.
