Radion XR30w Pro GEN4 Fan issue

I bought 2 Gen4 Pro's at the end of Nov. and one of them the fan is making a thumping sound. Dont really want to be without a light so not sure what to do. Like I said just bought these end of last month and I am going to need 2 more next month. Hoping the fans are not an issue since they stay on constantly with no way to turn them off....dont really like this design and didnt know the fans stayed on until after I purchased them. Something I guess I will have to live with but the thumping sound from the one fan is not good. Trying to find best solution...thanks.

Excellent customer service. New light on its way and return shipping label to send back the other one. Cant ask for much more than that.
