Radium Fixture?

I've read a lot about these halide setups and was wondering what exactly is needed to correctly run a fixture like this...lights..reflectors..ballasts what needs to be done to properly make this work and why is a fixture setup like this so good compared to others?:deadhorse:

Looking to do 2x250w fixtures of this for zoas, lps and maybe get into some nice acans and sps?

M80 cubes ~$70 each, high lumen bright type reflectors ~$100 each, bulbs ~$75 each. Many people run electronic ballasts, some with very great tanks, for the cost of the cube ballast it doesn't make sense not using them.

It just looks fantastic, puts out a ton of light and gets great growth. Something about halides that just makes things grow & LPS look juicy!
