Randall's Gobie missing

I bought the gobie about 3 weeks ago and olny seen him for the first 2 days. Nothing has jumped out of the tank and I havent found a body. Is this normal?

I have had many fish disappear, yellow clown goby, purple dart, green clown goby, never found bodies, in my 29 or in filter sock going to sump.

Has your goby gone missing from your 3g pico?

Ive know people who've gone a couple years with out seeing smaller goby's, but that was in 120g + with equal amount of LR for it to hide in.

Yes its in my 3 gal. I do have quite a bit of rock in there, but I think I would have seen it by now.
