Reading that thread makes me want to leave the hobby....thank god I'm not part of any club. I just drive out to whomever has the best deal, add the new piece to my tank, watch it open and enjoy it.

If you think about it, lots of things are done with businesses and such that are behind closed doors. A lot of time, details get worked out that would just confuse those who aren't intimately familiar with the details.

Generally, I don't agree with it. But I can see how some circumstances could warrant it...

the new membership card thing was completely my responsibility. You must have "fallen between the cracks" during the hectic days of planning RAP. Did you e-mail me your photo for the ID card?
I had sent out e-mails requesting people send in their photo if they wanted the new membership card. Those who didn't respond were assumed to be content with the old card.

They might want to have a refund of the membership fee now since you are still a president of the club .

It only takes a member (or a few) to ruin a site.....................It was pretty drama free until this last week. The owner of the site doesn't want to micro-manage people, but it appears, if the site is going to last, he's gonna have to......

There's a lot of sites on the net that don't allow you to view more then a few pages without registering. It's not a new idea...........

RC wasn't the first site to have a TOTM.............Again it's not a new idea
