for LPS I would do about 50, 18 white and the rest royal blue/blue.
for sps I would do about 75, 30 white and rest royal blue/blue.

If anyone have the same size tank and want to go this route, you will need about a dozen PAR38 bulb. That was the answer I got from Mike at RAPIDLE.

I would do 1 of 3W LED/1gallon. For instance, your tank 20g, you would need 20 3w LEDs. I think you would cover well your tank.
