These are pretty rare to me... I don't see them in allot of tanks. I think they are nice looking acro's though... You be the judge.. Anyone know the names also? I don't????

what are you running? I have 1 400watt ushio 10k and 150 vho actinics and i can't seem to find the right combo to get the best color. Maybe you can help with this by sharing your secret

I run 250w 10k and 12k Reeflux with no actinics on one and 250w 10kReeflux and 20k XM with no actinics on the other. I used to run 10k Ushio bulbs and liked them but had to have heavy actinics to balance out the color to my liking. I have also used 10kXM's and 14k AC's.
My 5' tank has 10k12k10k12k and the 6' is 10k20k10k20k10k.

Wow thats a whole lot of lighting you got there. maybe I should try the reeflux would you sugest the 10k or the 12k for better color?

250g, very nice!! I have an Austera that the tips are green but that yellow is crazy.
naka, I am not sure but I believe it is a nausuta. Thanks! The tips have actually grown to a more insane color and the polyps have turn more pale red ,almost pink. I will try to get a pic of it soon.
Trueblack, the 10k is by far my favorite for growth and color. The 12k and 20k are real nice for color but not so much on growth.
The 400w SE 10k is awsome!! I just put some over my 90g and WOW! Crisp white with a touch of blue.
