Rare fish?

"Rare fish" and "deep pockets" usually go together. In general, the more rare the fish the higher the price so I'm not really sure what to suggest that is on the affordable side and also not seen very often.

You could do some marshall ventralis anthias, helfrishi, earls fairy wrasse, and the list could go on and on.

The best resolution I had for jumpers was a cover I made out of window screen framing and a light monofilament netting that fit right on top of the tank.

While no strictly rare, have you considered scorpion fish? small rhinopias, even dwarf anglers. Yellow spotted scorpions, leaf scorpions all look amazing and will thrive in a 25 gallon also they are pretty sedentary and ive never had one jump... although im sure they could under the right circumstances...

+1 dwarf anglers are so cool to watch ...[emoji7]
Unfortunately they are not cheap , usually the affordable common ones are the ones who get pretty big on average 8-10"

if you really wanted to, you could get a candy basslet. i know they go for $700, but if you want a rare fish...
