Currently I have a 90 corner flow that I plan on upgrading to a 120 in the next 6 months (already have the tank) granted its not a huge jump but with an external overflow a lot of space is opened up.

Here is the current stocking:

1 Yellow Tang
2 Clown fish
2 Mandarin dragnet
2 Pintail fairy (superman and female)
1 flame fairy (f)
3 bipartitus leopard (f)
1 Melagris leopard (f)
1 Potters leopard (f)
1 Potters angel

Fish I want:

-Tangs (most likely a kole due to size, not trying to push the tang limit)
-Wrasse (another potters leopard, rhomboid fairy, lineatus fair, maybe another interesting fairy, obviously not scotts fairy_
-Anthia (not sure but a trio)

Obviously adding all of them might be too much, how many could I get away with before its too crowed?

i think the rule is 1" of fish for every 4-5 gallons of water...

In my 90 gallon I have 105 gallons of water so I can keep 25" of fish.

seems to me that you might be at that limit now, maybe one more tang would be ok.

I wouldn't go by that rule personally. It doesn't account for body type. A goby or wrasse of a certain length will be much less bioload than say a fat tang or angel of the same length.
