Rate of adding new fish...

Hey Everyone just wondering what would be an expectable rate at which to add fish into an established 250 gallon tank with fifteen fish in it so far. I have never been one to add many fish to my tanks but now that I have the real-estate I figured I would stock the tank appropriately, the filtration on the system will handle a large bio-load. (SRO XP-5000 plus a 30% water change).
