Rbata help plz..

Trying to figure out whats wrong with my rbta?
My paramaters are:
alk 9
cal 420
sg 1.025
mag 1350
everything else is zero...i have been feeding it small peices of silversides twice a week....its been this way for about a month now...its tentacles are still sticky...my lights are 10k metal halides have about 2 more monthe b4 i have to change them and t5 actinic i replaced about 2 months ago...plz need some help and advice with this thnx
