I have a sunburst bta that I've had for about a week. Is it normal that they hide in crevices and under rocks to shield themselves from the light? I currently have a 6x24 ati sunpower thats on 30% of its power. The nem is on the ground in the farthest corner from the lights and I have a 40 breeder so its well away from the lights. Other than that it looks fine when completely inflated and doesnt suffer from any other illnesses. Also i've noticed that it eats so slow is that normal?

Yes, they may hide at first. A week is very "new" so just give it time to settle in. If/when it wants to find more light it will move to where the light is. It may be eating slowly because it's new and not settled. I'd hold off feeding for a week or so and allow it to get establised.
