rbta and sedea living together

i just purchased a new sebae anemone. i wonder if its okay to put it in with my rbta. will there be problems? has anyone ever tried this before?

its been done. do you run carbon regularly? u might want to just in case of chemical warfare. are they both going in a 38 gal?

I think people have had them together before. The bta's are usually up in the rocks and the sebaes in the sand so normally they don't cross paths. Some speculate that they may sense each other's presence and there could be some chemical warfare. Others speculate that there's no need for this since they don't normally occupy the same places in the tank (no competition). I've never done this so I don't know, but running carbon might be a good idea - just in case :)

My biggest concern would be the size of your tank. It's very likely you will be very crowded in a short amount of time. I have a sebae in a 30 gal, and there's no way I could fit my rbta in there too and not worry. A good excuse to start planning a bigger tank ;)

Good luck!
