RBTA closed up..help

Well this guy is normally 3 or 4 times the size... I feed it last night a small silver side... and before I left my house about an hour ago it seemed ok...here is what it looks like now... what do you think...

PS it always long arms not bubbly..

Looks good and healthy to me. Tale tale sign of a problem is a gaping mouth.
