RBTA Does spawning kill?

I just bought my first RBTA and she is beautiful. I have heard some troubling news though so I am looking for help. I have heard if the RBTA splits/spawns it lets off a toxin that can kill all my fish in the tank. Is this true and if so can I prevent the onslaught of the grim reapper when she splits...if she ever does.

Splitting is not a problem. There is no danger to your fish.
If your anemone decides to release sperm into the water (not very common) you will need to do a couple quick water changes of at least 25%, but even then they don't release toxins, they just spew a bunch of protein into the water that will overlaod your filtration and become ammonia if you don't remove a large portion of it.

But, if you have corals the spawn will cause a burst of growth.
