RBTA in trouble

Im having trouble with my RBTA. Its the size of a thumb tack so pretty small and so I followed what people said online and put a strawberry container over him to prevent my maroon clown from beating it up. Well this morning it moved to another spot in the container but is still closed up. Last night it was open with no light and the whole mouth part was white. is this bleached? also when it was open there was no tentacles. the tank is healthy and everything else is doing just fine. please help

Pictures would help greatly. Typically no tentacles means the nem is starved and consuming itself, but hard to tell without pics.
