RBTA lost a tentacle

I just noticed that my rainbow bubble to dropped a tentacle. It is sitting on the sand bed still inflated and looking healthy.

Has anyone else seen this? No rocks fell and I don't have anything in my tank that would chop it off.

Mine done that. Never knew why. but they kept on growing till I sold them

Only crabs are hermit crabs.

Yup. they've been known to pinch off a tentacle or 2. sometimes aggressive shrimp do that too.
