1st how big do these things get. I got mine from the seasl frag swap from goalie66 and it has tripled in size since then. It is also no longer a bubble tip. I feed it twice a week or so a nice combo of mysis, squid, oyster eggs, and cyclope eze. I have been hoping it would split but no luck so far. So if anyone has any advice on this or suggestions I would appreciate them. Overall it looks good and the clowns have somewhat warmed up to it.

The one I got from him has grown a ton and is now 2 or 3 also. All 4 or 5 times the size of the original.

Yours has split 2 or 3 times since the frag swap????????? Well thats depresing

I have 2 or 3 so it split once or twice. I think only once now that I study it but the biggest original looks like it is again right now. Maybe from the stress of the power outage.

mine didnt take long at all to split after about 1/2 gallon of skimmate flushed into my tank! I dont recommend going about it that way though

Mine is very large and has not split yet. I've had it about 6 months I think. It has grown very fast. I only feed it once a week. I have heard the more often they are fed, the more often they split.

Mine usually does not have the bubbles on the tips. I was wondering if it has to do with the amount of light they are getting.
