Hey guys, so I was out at the LFS When my anemone wandering into the powerhead.. A Koralia. I got home and my wife had unplugged it and it had untangled itself. But I was still worried about it polluting the tank so I pulled it out and put it in a 5g with soem tank water and a couple rocks from my sump.

It split that night and it's been 3 days and both halves are still clearly split open. Should I be worried? One half is very inflated and the other half is VERY deflated but both still have a firm grip on the rock or glass.

I'm just worried that they don't seem to be pulling the wound back together.

Not a bucket, it's a 5g tank with a heater and powerhead along with some rock from the main sump but yes they are still in there.

Should I move them back to the display tank?

I would not advise moving them back in the DT. If you have any iodine , lugols, or coral dip I would dip them to prevent infection.

You can keep them in a 5 gal tank, but I would do daily 50% water changes with water from your display tank. This will help prevent any ammonia from building.
