RBTA Splitting Question

Ok so I have a beautiful RBTA that has the neon green base and bright red tips.

Little back story I acquired this guy from a LFS about 4 months ago. He was small and pail with no green base. He has been in my nano now under a 250W 20K Radium and getting some daily mysis feeding lately as it seems to love it.

So he got pretty darn big and super happy with all the light, flow and feeding!

Well he decided to split on me which is super cool but the weirdest thing was he split into quarters!

I now have 4!! RBTA's. I had no clue they could quarter themselves. Anyone else experience this before?? They split about 5 days ago and are almost completely healed and already grabbing food floating around and eating.

Not sure what I am going to do with all these guys in my small 25G lagoon lol but luckily they are all staying on the same rock and look awesome!

Just thought id share and ask if having quadruplets was normal?

One of mine just split too. I have three now. They healed almost in one day, when I noticed that I have three...They were wide open already. I have gbta and rose btas. I always wanted to have a bta tank, so it's happening I guess :)
