RBTAs & light

I recently aquired a nice RBTA. A couple of weeks ago it decided to migrate, then about a week ago, walla, there were two. The second one however is under a rock all the way & has not come into the light at all. Is this normal? Can they survive like this? If not is there anything that I could do to encourage it to move? Moving the rock is not an option.
Thanks,
Frizz
