RBTA's Spawning?

Both of my rbta's had a white milky substance coming out of their mouths last night, I did a search on here but didnt come up with much info. Has anyone seen this or know what it is? Is it harmful to the tank? Both of them were plumped up and bubbled up more than ever.

Mine has gone under a rock after doing the spittle thing and has now become more oval. Do you think the same thing is happening with my nem? Thanks for the help.
