Re-Use Matrix media from previous tank?

Wondering if you guys would clean and re-use the media. I've got some brand new stuff, but I have another 1.5L that's dried and will either be soaked / cleaned, or just trashed.

Would you guys re-use the Matrix, or just chuck it? Feels wasteful to chuck it.

I've got it soaking in some RO/DI right now, I rinsed it twice and I'll let it soak for a bit.

This media was in a smaller tank, the fish had gotten flukes, and the tank got 3 types of invasive algae from frag plugs. So the media has been hit with algaecide and some PraziPro -- Because of all that stuff, I'm a bit hesitant.. Probably should have mentioned all that first -_-

Well that's what I wanted, so that's no problem. Just didn't want to transfer any bad spores over or something.
