Reactor outflow?

I have a 58 gallon with 20L sump, I am using a mag 9.5 with a ball valve and manifold to power a bulk reef supply GFO reactor and a TLF 150 with carbon. Where is the best place for me to have the output before the refugium (middle part of sump) or directly back to the return area? If I put the output before the refugium I get added flow into the fuge, not much maybe just an extra 100 to 150 gph.

This may not matter, but I was thinking that maybe you would not want the phosphate free from the reactor going into the fuge as you want the phosphate to feed the fuge.

On the scope of things it doesn't really matter. If you need more flow in your fuge go for it. If you don't then dump it in the return chamber.

I like the output to flow into my filter sock, to help trap any small particles that may escape the reactor.
