Readion Gen3 Pro firmware update issue

I have 6 of these units, I am having trouble calibrating them to get them all to come on the same time. I cant seem to get through the process without it freezing/hanging. It doenst always stop in the same spot, but never lets me finish even one light. I tried to update the firmware on them and can only do 3 of 6. The other 3 have "firmware update" all greyed out for some reason I dont know. See attached... Anyone have this issue also? I tried it from reeflink and direct usb cable. Mike

That's an unusual issue. I would recommend ensuring you have the most recent version of Google Chrome installed on your computer. From there, try power cycling all of your devices before attempting the calibration again.

I'm having the same issue with my 2 Radions Gen3. Running the most recent version of Safari.
PS How do you "power cycling" the lights?

To power cycle a Radion, simply unplug it from power and plug it back in.

Thanks for the quick reply Alex. I talked with Gary from EcoTech support and he recommended to update the firmware on the reeflink to the version he emailed me. It worked perfectly.
