real life experience with PTC?

Hey all,

I wanted to hear from some people that have actually used the PTC chiller....

I have a 150 gallon plus sump... in an airconditioned room..year round....

going to initially go with t5 but need the option in case i switch to MH.....

i only expect it to have to pull down a few degrees max...

thoughts? pros /cons?

Due to the very high cost of purchase of these units there are only two known in the USA, one from a client who is not familiar with online forums.

Pros - most effecient heating cooling device known to man , GHL widely accepted amazing build quality. Very strong at keeping temperatures even.

Cons - only good for tanks in low heat room environments with low humidity and good air flow. - PRICEY also.

GHL mainly sell these to laboratories where fluid temperatures have to be kept at critical levels.
