Rearing seahorse fry tank

I don't know what kind of fry you are raising but my Reidi fry are pelagic and need something to keep them in motion so they don't stay at the top, yet have low enough flow they can still hunt and feed.
I've tried most of the ways recommended on the org, starting with the kreisel, but have found my best luck with 4L (1 gal) jars as the top rounding of the bottle promotes flow across the top of the water. I have many nurseries I've built, but none work as well as the jars I'm using now. I have been unsuccessful in keeping Reidi fry beyond 26 days so far. Do a search for wildponi, Reidi fry, and muckbucket nursery as this has worked well for her to date.
I'm using the greenwater and rotifer method at this time.
If you have horses that produce benthic fry, it's supposed to be easier to raise these as they can hitch right from birth.
Seahorse fry require an inordinate amount of work, and an aquarium like you linked to would be a pain to work with IMO.
You need to feed rots or BBS depending on the size of the fry, and remove what remains after an hour or so, and repeat this three times a day. If you leave the food in the tank, the fry will continually eat, pushing the food through their system without processing it (sometimes it even comes out alive still) so they end up starving to death over a number of days.
There would be nothing wrong with that tank once the fry get to be about 5 months old I would guess.
