Rebooting 150 gallons, live rock, fish, corals for sale

Rocky
So i have decided to go in a different direction with my 150 gallon, and have decided to restart it using Tampa Bay Saltwater live rock. My original plan was to do this all over the course of a single day, and keep my fish and corals, and move them back into the tank when the new rock is in place, but after a lot of careful thought, I have decided that I'd rather take my time, and fully drain the tank, clean everything up, and restart over the course of a few weeks. With this in mind, I don't think there is an option to keep anything, and I have decided to sell the live rock, fish, and remaining corals.

I am going to be breaking the tank down tomorrow, Sunday the 3rd, so need to sell everything on that day between 10:00am and 2:00pm. Here is what is for sale:

So, I have about 75 pounds of Fiji live rock that I bought from Aquarium Arts in July of 2013. I will sell all the rock for $150.00.

This is a Pink Silver Dollar Encrusting Monti that I bought as a tiny frag from Unique Corals. This coral is probably 4 inches across and sits on a fairly large piece of live rock. $25.00 for the coral and the rock.

This is about a 4 inch Hammer Coral that I will sell for $25.00.

Male Melanurus Wrasse - $25.00

This is the biggest Starry Blenny I have ever seen, and is 4+ inches. He eats like a pig, included flake frozen and Nori. $25.00

So, like I said, I need to sell everything Sunday before 2:00 as I want to get the tank drained by the end of the day. I am in East Mesa off of Crismon and the US60. Please shoot me a pm if you are interested.
Thanks.

I would like the hammer. Maybe the wrasse. How big is the wrasse? Does he play nice with others?

Anyone interested in this live rock? It's out of the tank and ready to go, and I'll take $75.00 for the whole box (around 75 pounds)
