Wow some amazing fish you were able to photo. I like all the clowns/nems, the leopard wrasses. Jeeze I have to go to the Phillipines, my wife should be glad to hear that too. lol

I wish I could say I found it. One of the guides I was with found it. the guides from sea-explorers were amazing.

The blue ringed octopus shot is remarkable. Where in the Philippines did you go? Land based or live aboard? Your images are good but they could be better if you got a bit closer. Congrats and thanks for posting.

the camera i used was a sealife dc500 with external flash. not a real fancy setup.

It was a land based trip, I dove at Cabilao, balacasag, alona beach, dauin, and apo island.

i don't think its a blue ring octo....it's a manta ray specie. i just can't remember the name. they sell a lot of those in most of the LFS in manila.
