recovering Anemone

I have been trying to get a fairly poor looking RBTA to recover (2 weeks). It only shows in its color, very bleached. I have been feeding Mysis shrimp and tried silver sides, it would have nothing to do with the silver sides. Today we have tried a small piece of fresh cod and it seemed to eat it fine. Hard to see as the anemone decided to park in the back of the tank which required I move my entire set up to be able to get food to him. My question is since it does not seem to be getting worse and feeding better, how long should it take for him to regain color.
We have worked very hard to keep it going.

Thanks:confused:

Also please let me know if there are more I can do to help with the recovery, doing frequent water changes and did a major cleaning on the sump this weekend. Water quality is stable.

Feeding it is the best you can do. I will most likely acclimate its self to the light as it needs more. Abta is pretty mobile and as it needs more light it will move as long as it has the energy.

Sorry for stealing the thread but when an anemone regains color, how does it look specifically?
Because mine is starting to show brown spots all over it...seen it on the tips and now also down on the main body so to say (not the foot)..
thanks
